Recipe for Peanut Butter Candy
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
Chocolate wafers, melted
Cream together peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter. Add Rice Krispies and mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1inch balls and dip into chocolate. Chill until chocolate is hard.
Recipe for Chocolate Popcorn
14 cups popcorn
3cups Rice Krispies
2 cups salted peanuts
3 cups white chocolate wafers,melted
5 tbsp peanut butter
In a lg bowl, combine popcorn,cereal, and peanuts. In a crock pot melt wafers and peanut butter, stirring occasionally. Pour over popcorn mixture, stir to coat. Spread evenly on waxed paper. Allow to set for at least 2 hours. Drizzle with chocolate if desired. Store in airtight container.
