Blueberry Muffin Recipe

Hi, For those of you who asked for the Blueberry Muffin Recipe, 
here you go... just in time for berry season. 
Feel free to substitute with raspberries or mix in both! 

Blueberry Muffins
 makes 2 dozen

2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

3 Tbsp. soft butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp.flour

In a large bowl, combine  1st  five ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except blueberries
Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened 
Do Not overblend!
Batter will be lumpy, add blueberries-
fill paper lined muffin tins,
add 1 tsp. crumbs per muffin
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until done
